• Sampling redemption is only valid at Sulwhasoo Sogo Southkey, Johor until 28 February 2024.

• Each redemption includes 2pcs First Care Activating Serum VI 1ml, 2pcs Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Serum EX 1ml, 1pc of Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream EX 1ml and 1pc of Essential Comfort Firming Cream 5ml.

• Redemption is available while samples last and on first-come, first-served basis.

• Limited to ONE (1) redemption per person.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration (please check your spam inbox folder if you do not receive it).

• Note that email addresses associated with Microsoft services such as Hotmail, MSN, Live, and Outlook may not receive the confirmation email from Sulwhasoo.

• Please present the confirmation email at the selected store within the valid period.

• The registered customer must personally present the redemption email page to store staff for sample redemption; strictly no third-party redemptions are allowed.

• Your contact details may be used for collection purposes only.

• Sulwhasoo will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the submitted information.

• Sulwhasoo reserves the right to modify the sampling activity without prior notice.
